Overview

 The giant weight of the State and its equally giant desire to put you behind bars or  possibly even have your life taken away from you,  is something you shouldn’t have to carry alone.You need someone to turn every stone and find space for you to breathe, even if you are trapped in the tiniest of legal holes in your troubles with the Public.  This is where we come in.

How can we help?

• From the beginning of it all when the Police round you up and detain you, we need to show our face on your behalf and let the State know that we are watching, even if the first 48 hours belongs to it. We have to ensure from the beginning that the State plays by the rules.
• We will help with analyzing the charges and preparing for your defense, your bail pending trial, all aspects of preparation for your trial, all aspects of trial including final submissions and appeal and bail pending appeal(if this applies).
